Athletics carnival

The Beecroft Public School Athletics Carnival will be held at Greenway Oval, Cherrybrook.

All children in Years K-6 are expected to attend and participate in the carnival. The K-2 children will participate in their athletics activities on Greenway Oval #1, whilst the 3-6 children will be on Greenway Oval #2.

Years 3-6 will need to go to their classrooms at 8:30am to have their name marked on their class roll. Their teachers will then take them to the basketball court at 8.40am to board the buses. (800m runners will need to make their own arrangements to travel to the oval for an 8:15 am start.)

Years K-2 will need to be at Beecroft Public School K-2 Quad at 9:25am, lined up as per a regular school morning. The teachers will take the students to their classroom to mark the roll and attach their ribbon (please be sure that your child has a safety pin on their shirt).

Our school P&C will be providing a canteen on the day, selling extra snacks and drinks. They will also be providing a pre-ordered BBQ lunch (order via QkR app from Friday 28 May to Thurs 10 June.). A coffee van has also been booked for the carnival, however, children will not be permitted to purchase hot drinks for themselves or family members.
