A committee of dedicated parent volunteers oversee the management of these sub committees and events. These include:
- Arts & Craft
- Band & Strings
- BOOSH – Before & After School Care
- Canteen
- Uniform Shop
Our events regularly include: Mothers & Father’s Day gifts; morning teas; fundraising events; working bees and bi-annual multi-cultural fairs.
The efforts of the P&C have seen major improvements to the school and learning resources for the children of BPS. Over the years these have included:
- Court & Cola
- New BOOSH premises
- Interactive whiteboards in every classroom;
- Provision of laptops;
- Upgrades to the air-conditioning;
- Grassed play areas and play equipment;
- Sponsoring of Mini and Multi-lit programs; and
- A host of teaching and learning resources.
