Beecroft Public School students wear their uniform with pride. Our uniform is synonymous with our expectations of respect and excellence. Students are expected to be in full  Beecroft school uniform  all year round and wear sports uniform on designated days during the week.

Location & Open Hours

The uniform shop is located in the Heritage Building (closest to Mary Street).

• Tuesday: 3:00pm-4:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-4:00pm

Ordering Online

QKR provides a secure and easy way to order uniforms online 24/7.

Simply log in to QKR and go to The Uniform Shop> Uniform Shop Online Orders.

Use the menu at the top to locate the items you require. Upon checkout you will receive an online receipt.

Any orders made online will automatically be delivered to classrooms twice a week by Wednesday and Friday.

Returns & Exchanges

It is important that you are happy with the products you have purchased from The Uniform Shop. However, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your item as per our policy below.

Refunds

We do not refund any purchases if you simply change your mind. In this circumstance, we can only offer you an exchange. If however, your item is faulty and is by no fault of your own, we will gladly refund or exchange the item. Refunds will be accepted and processed within 28 business days from the time you purchase or receive your online order.

Refund of purchased items can only be refunded with the below condition:

a. In original condition (new, tags attached, unworn, unwashed/dry cleaned) AND

b. Proof of purchase

Note: The same conditions apply to in-person purchases.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be accepted within 28 business days from the time you purchase or receive your online order. You must provide proof of purchase and the item must be in its original condition - that is to be: new and unopened, unworn, unwashed and all tags still attached.

Second Hand Uniforms

We have a number of second hand items for sale at affordable prices. Second hand items can only be purchased in store (not online).

Prices are non-negotiable. Condition of the items are 'as is'. Please bear in mind that these uniforms have been donated as 'previously worn' and, in the majority of cases, by more than one student.

The donation of second hand uniform items are welcomed by the Uniform Shop. All items are sold for a minimal amount, and proceeds are returned to the P&C as fundraising for the school.
