Swim School - Yrs 2, 3 and 4

Students in Year 2, 3 and 4 will be travelling to the Carlile Pool at Cherrybrook to participate in an intensive swimming program. This 10-session program is designed to teach children swimming skills and/or improve their swimming ability.  

Travel to and from Carlile Pool will be by bus and students will be accompanied by their classroom teacher.Qualified instructors will teach the lessons at the pool. 

On the first day of the program, students will be assessed by the instructors and graded into ability groups. Each day, students will be involved in lessons on swimming instruction and water safety. The program spans four levels, taking swimmers from the beginning of water confidence through to all competitive strokes, and turns.
